The storm passes, the calm comes and goes, the in-between lingers, just as I am trying to take off, glimpses of ‘the old’ flash by, the memories torment me, casting shadows, trying to pull me back into the dark, hang on!, not again… fear and doubt will not, hold me back, not this time… Rise up.
